Description

This template stores a list of individual project issues with associated metadata such as status, severity, description, assigned owner, action plan, and key dates. Each issue is categorized by severity (High, Medium, Low) and status (OPEN, CLOSED, OTHER), with color-coded background highlights for quick scanning.

It includes formula-driven calculations to track:

  • Total Open Issues
  • Count of High, Medium, and Low severity open issues

The template is designed for operational and strategic use, giving PMs and leadership teams clear visibility into risks and progress blockers. Each row in the table represents one issue, and all issues can be filtered or aggregated by type, owner, due date, or severity.
